"We do all the work so you don't have to."

Note: These are all of Pam's dolls sent to us for some repair and some a good restoration clean-up for display. The Posie Doll photo is below as she is the last one we will be fixing up in this group.  It has been fun playing dolls over the miles but now they are all ready for display for the next 50 years or so.  The little 10" doll is a Nancy Ann Storybook doll named "Debbie".  (She is all Original)  Pam's 2 - 16" SW dolls have had their pinafore's switched to accommodate the pink/blue hair bows. The 17" SW will soon be completed today 6-21-09.

Here is the photo Of Pam's Beautiful, Like-New Saucy Walker 17" All fixed up.  Waiting on her white patent shoes still.  The Posie next to her has a black hair net on, I forgot to take it off.  Now after this photo... both the 17" dolls while waiting for Mommy has white hair nets only over their curls to keep hair curly while waiting on their packaging for shipment.

Also:  The Saucy Walker "ROD DOll" (Beyond Rare) Surgery so far. Head will connect to the rod inside the torso around the chest area. Don't know what the factory was thinking when creating this doll.  Difficult to repair eyes if you cannot get to the connection area.  Cary said it looks like her head can be disconnected by going through the arm opening.  As it is he will put her original legs in and connect the head while the torso is opened up..her original Mama crier will also be installed while the torso is open.  Reminds me of a heart surgery. He also said that these SW criers are a collectors piece on their own.  He found that they are all ceramic with a hole down the middle with a vibrating device and a rod.  Cermamic is not used any more these days. More photos coming of this surgery.
