We are planning to restore this little beauty (Pam's Ideal Saucy -16" #2) back to her her similar original look of 56 years ago.

Pam:  Eye repair completed no more scratches and new set of eyelashes replaced on right eye.  Not as wide as the right but so much better as they are inside the eye ball, not glued on the outside like she came to us. In addition...there was not just one metal piece that had come apart from the eye ball but two, we repaired them and secured the eyes better.  They should not have e tendency to cross now.  The 16" Saucy Walker Dolls are the hardest to work on in eye repair so we do not welcome another job like we just did with open arms. Ha!  The 22" Saucy Walker eye repair are more complicated but we have done so many those type eyes are easier for us.

Her dress and Pinafore don't appear to be the original but they are adorable and in good shape.  The pinafore straps were made a bit too long so we folded them at the waist a pinned them for display.  You will more than likely want to have Lois make another little outfit for her when she gets back home to you.

Her hair has been washed and conditioned, re-styled and her plastic has been sanded for the soft appearance and her walking mechanism saturated in the Heavy Silicone Spray.  She can walk.  We re-strung her arms with our Surgical Elastic Cord Tubing and they are tight.  We sealed the little crack in her neck seam with our plastic compound but the Saucy Blend paint that we have is a lighter color.  We decided not to use it.  May original Saucy Dolls have seams darkened and unpainted.  Goes with the age of the doll.

We are including the ribbons, socks, hang tag and doll Kaiser Doll stand, once it arrives here.  We took the little panties your first 16" Saucy had on and added it to this doll.  The ones she had on fits the 22" Saucy Walker.  We will add those to her box as well.  

This little beauty has been through a lot of fixing but she turned out adorable regardless.  Great little doll for your ever growing (giggle) collection.
